Thrill seekers, if you want to have fun, the world is full of amusement parks, each one more hallucinating than the next.
1. Six Flags Magic Mountain, USA
In this park located in Valencia, California, there are about twenty thrill rides, some of which are among the fastest in the United States, such as The Riddler’s Revenge, Full Throttle, Scream, Tatsu or Viper. And we are not even talking about Batman the Ride, an inverted roller coaster that leaves no one untouched.
2. Port Aventura, Spain
The highest roller coaster in Europe is in Spain, near Tarragona. It is called the Shambhala and it is more than 250 ft (feet) high. It is also one of the fastest with 83 mph.
3. Action Park, United States
It is considered the most dangerous amusement park in the world. In 28 years, there have been six deaths and about 100 accidents. It had to close its doors in 1996 due to a lack of security and reopened in 2014. Normally, attractions have been replaced and control has been tightened.
4. Alton Towers, England
Built on the site of an old fortified house in Staffordshire in England, this theme park has something for everyone with its 33 attractions and especially for thrill seekers. One of the rides notably holds the record for inversion with 14 loops.
5. Cedar Point, United States
Located in Ohio, Cedar Point is one of the best-known amusement parks in the United States. It holds several records, including the record for the most rides with 69 rides, including 17 roller coasters with names as terrifying as they are: The Blue Streak, the Gate Keeper, the Gemini, the Raptor, the Corkscrew, the Magnum XL-200 or the Millennium Force, which offers a ride at 93 mph at a height of over 330 ft.
6. Europa Park – Rust, Germany
Voted best amusement park in the world at the “Golden Tickets Awards” in the United States. In total, the park has 55 attractions, including the famous Silver Star, Europe’s second largest roller coaster. With a height of 240 ft and a speed of up to 80 mph, it promises to be a real scare.
7. Action Park – Vernon, USA
It is considered the most dangerous amusement park in the world, and for good reason: there have been no less than six deaths and a hundred accidents in 28 years. Reopened in 2014 following the enthusiasm of many Internet users, the park had closed its doors in 1996 due to a lack of security. Today, the guilty attractions have been replaced and the controls are more serious.
